Charlottes first training session with the students
12 January 2011
Our New training manager Charlotte Aubrey held her first theory based training session this morning.
The session involved the students saying a little bit about themselves and also what their hopes and aspirations are for the future. It was held like a question and answer session in order for them to get to know each other and Charlotte.

The sessions help the students develop team working, writing and communication skills and also helps build confidence. The training course lasts 13 weeks and involves both practical lessons and theory sessions with the aim of achieving a work based qualification at the end of the 13 week course. Your Pets Warehouse provides the training to those young people who are furthest away from the labour market. Many of our students have disabilities or are experiencing difficulties in finding paid employment so the opportunities Your pets Warehouse offer are important within the local community.
By purchasing off Your Pets Warehouse you are putting something back into the community and allowing us to expand our training program and employment opportunities within the Rhondda Cynon Taff community. We are a not for profit organisation, all profits made go back into the business to offer more jobs, training and work experience opportunities.
